Our Journey of Faith

The journey of our church is a true testimony of God’s faithfulness. What began in 2005 under the leadership of Pastor Harrison Maingi, in a small rented house in Free Area with just about 10 committed members, has blossomed into a vibrant and thriving fellowship. From the very beginning, the foundation was built on prayer, evangelism, and the ministry of the Word, and the Lord honored that devotion by adding to our numbers.

In 2010, God opened a new chapter by blessing us with land. With great joy and faith, we moved from the rented house and raised a humble temporary structure that became our sanctuary. Yet, God’s work did not stop there. As the church family continued to grow, He enabled us to build a permanent structure — complete with a beautiful auditorium, two Sunday school classrooms, an office, and a kitchen — which was joyfully completed in 2021.

Today, the church has grown to a membership of over 200 believers, each one a living testimony of God’s grace. Looking back, we can only lift our voices in gratitude, declaring: “This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes.” Truly, we thank God for the far He has brought us, and we step forward in faith, trusting Him for even greater things ahead.
